- Olive fruit squalane is derived from olive oil. It is identical to our own natural oil, but as we age we produce less and less. It is a very interesting molecule, absorbing into the skin quickly and not leaving an oily finish. It softens the skin, improves elasticity, and protects against moisture loss. Can be added to your cream or lotions to make them more substantial. Excellent to use after a skin treatment.
