Order Changes or Cancelations
We try to ship packages as soon as possible after an order is received. Changes and cancellations are possible as long as you get a hold of us before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes to your order.
What are my payment options?
Credit Card: We use Shopify payments for our online orders. Their system follows all of the Payment Card Industry standards, allowing you to feel comfortable that your transaction and credit card information is safe. We do not save credit card information on our systems.
Other Payment Options: We also offer Shop Pay (allowing a 4 week installment option), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Meta Pay.
How do you ship?
We use USPS and offer Priority Mail and First Class Mail. The cost of shipping for both options is calculated during the checkout process by USPS using weight and distance as variables, so prices may vary. The price and speed of the delivery depend on the weight and delivery location. Make sure to choose the free shipping option that will be available if your order exceeds $50.
We use use compostable boxes, paper shreds, and shipping labels. The tape we use is recyclable paper.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Priority mail takes between 1-3 business days while first class mail takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. Our average time to fulfil an order is 1 day, so you can expect to receive your order anywhere between 2-4 business days normally.
If there is ever a reason an order will be received past the normal delivery window, we will always reach out personally to keep you updated.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been shipped out.
