Cyclomethicone

Cyclomethicone is liquid silicone used in all sorts of cosmetic products.  Products with cyclomethicone have an emollient effect, which means it coats, protects and lubricates the skin.  It has a low risk or irritation and doesn't clog the pores.  It quickly evaporates, making it a great carrier ingredient in products such as a roll on perfume.
